Do you have APA citation generator tools that I can use?

These citation generators can be downloaded and they keep a list of your citations (ex. scientific papers that I will cite in my own scientific publication or proposal) so if you rearrange your document so that the citations change order, the citation tool will automatically track it and rearrange the list of your citations. I don't remember what specific ones are called.

Such software are called reference managers or citation managers. We have a citation guide comparing a few citation management options. The library subscribes to Zotero and there is a quick start guide in the citation guide as well.
